Why can't I send or receive files?
Make sure your network supports WebSocket and WebRTC. Click the 'Test Connectivity' button to perform a test that ensures your network is suitable for our service.
Are files uploaded to your server or somewhere else?
No, files do not upload to our server or somewhere else. We respect your privacy. Your files are directly sent from your device to the recipient's device (Peer to Peer).
Is the connection secure?
Yes, the connection is encrypted by an SSL-based approach in order to provide a high degree of privacy.
